I cannot tell you how delighted I am to recommend 99percent! Edwin began the initial process but had to hand over the project to his coordinator, Mr Tang. My initial concern was that because mine was a smaller 4-room BTO premium, they would give little priority to this relatively minimal project. It would be understandable if they would prioritise bigger money-making projects. They proved me wrong! Right from the beginning, their customer service was impeccable. They would work to get the design right. I had to travel overseas during the entire project so I could only depend on their trustworthiness and updates on Whatsapp. They did not disappoint. We made design and colour changes even while I was overseas through the back and forth through Whatsapp. During the construction process, Mr Tang was vigilant in taking pictures and updating me every step of the way. Mr Tang even went over and above his job description to help us with areas not included in the original plan. My wife and family are so happy with the results!!! The team has made our generic flat into a lovely home that we are now very proud of. I have already given recommended two other friends on the verge of renovations. Thanks 99percent for doing such an outstanding job for our home in Punggol. We are deeply grateful!
