Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fee is apply on all products orders. 99% uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Delivery only apply to products. All services will base on individual *T&C (refer to individual services page) Services date are estimated to be provided on the same day by email or calls.

Shipping and delivery estimates

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. - Same day delivery Items that ship are estimated to ship the same or following business day. (Orders before 3.59pm). - Standard Delivery Items that ship are estimated to ship between 5 to 7 business days.

99% Store Pickup

Available for pickup Req: Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. - Once you're ready to purchase, select Pick up at Checkout. Then Continue. Items Available will usually be ready for pickup within an hour to 24hour. You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. If you would like someone else to pick up your items, To pick up your items in an 99% Store, you will need to bring the order number and a valid government issued photo ID. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

What time will my order be delivered?

For orders shipped to a residential address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 9 pm Monday to Saturday. (Excluding PH/Sunday)

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

Signature on delivery

Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

How much am I charged for shipping?

For standard delivery $3.99SGD. Same day delivery $29.90SGD. Free delivery with minimum $50SGD checkout.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, 99% will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the 99% Store Customer Service.

The 99% Store sells and ships product and services only within Singapore.

99% will contact you within a hour or day to schedule the earliest day available or by your preferred date based on availability.

Do You provide service Internationally?

At the moment 99% only provide services in Singapore

Returns & Refunds

Return items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product (not purchased in volume) you purchased online from 99%. To return an item, please visit online Self Service assistance 24 hours a day, or call (65) 9018 1572, Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm , Saturday 10am to 3pm. Returns policy Returns are subject to the 99% Terms and Conditions. (NOT applicable for services)

How to Return An Item

Ship your item back to 99%. To return an item to 99%, Contact by 24 hour online Self Service assistance, or call (65) 9018 1572, Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm , Saturday 10am to 3pm. with the follow detail each item that you can return online, you will need a reason for return, and whether you've opened the box.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the 99% store. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned package. Credit Card Instalment refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. For bank transfer or Cheque payments, you will need to provide us with the following bank details: Order Number: Account Holder Name: Bank Name: Bank Account Number: Bank Code: Branch Code: Email Address: Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for Apple to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information. (There will be no refund for services).
