• Removal of existing water pipes, electrical casing, wiring, air-con and provide temporary water pipes/plugs (to depend on sites conditions).
• Haulage including of transportation of raw material, removal and disposal of debris.
• HDB Permits.

*Compensation on incident such as cracks and damage to neighbours walls, ceilings, conceal water pipes and wiring due to vibration to be survey upon incident.

*3 time service trip are included in all demolition bundle.
